Foundational Yoga Teacher Training

Earth: The Body Module

more details coming soon…

Ground, Strengthen & Stabilize

The “bones” of the training. The Earth Module encompasses the body in all its beauty. This is the foundation of the program and the way in. Drawing upon the connection to “Earth”, this module focuses on finding support through an understanding of how the body works, moves and functions within asana. Learn how to mindfully guide and sequence a class, how to offer safe assists, and how to ground your teaching in your own connection to body. The element of Earth keeps the ego in balance and regulates the energy of bones, muscles, and tissues and will add a depth to the understanding of body in the practice and teaching of yoga.
