New to Yoga?

Come exactly as you are, and the yoga practice will meet you there. Yoga is not just for the bendy ones. Trust us on this. There are no expectations and you cannot fail. Classes are all levels. We want you to be able to practice as much as possible, so you are welcome to attend any class on the schedule.

What to Expect

  • Arrive on time for class. Give yourself space to settle in.

  • Bring a yoga mat, and a towel for sweat if needed.

  • Shoes are to remain outside the studio.

  • Please keep your voices low when you are out in the common area if there are classes in session.

Beginner I Workshop Series

Then this is the perfect way to get started! The Beginner Yoga Workshop is a special four week series designed to give you the proper foundation from which you can comfortably build your yoga practice. Over the course of four classes, you will learn the fundamentals of proper alignment in key poses to help you develop a safe, sustainable practice. We will cover basic poses, breathing techniques, and yoga terminology - everything you need to feel confident in joining the all-levels classes offered at Sky Yoga. In addition to the four workshop classes, your package will allow you to take any other regularly scheduled classes offered at the studio during the duration of the workshop month.

INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP COST: 
*4 scheduled beginner classes (meets once weekly for 75 minutes)

*one month of unlimited virtual & in-studio yoga at all locations (begins on first day of workshop)
