Join us for an unforgettable 6-day, 5-night yoga retreat in the beautiful seaside community of Santa Cruz, Portugal, hosted by Sky Yoga and co-led by Courtney Chase and Shannon Reedy.
Settle in at Areias do Seixo Villas, a collection of luxurious boutique villas, under an hour from Lisbon airport, where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in daily morning and evening yoga and meditation practices. Enjoy daily options to explore the coastline and countryside, sampling the region's award winning wine, taking surf lessons in the surfing capital of Europe, partaking in Portuguese culinary experiences and day trips to the magnificent cities of Sintra and Cascais.
During your free time, explore and indulge in delicious local cuisine, or simply relax and rejuvenate at the hotel's wellness and spa facilities. With the perfect balance of yoga sessions, cultural immersion and leisurely downtime, this retreat is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and enjoy all of the thoughtful, bespoke characteristics of Sky's retreats.
Portugal…
With flights direct to Lisbon from JFK and organized transportation service to Areias do Seixo, travel is simple. Sky will organize transportation once you land in Lisbon, inclusive of hotel shuttles and day trip exploration throughout the week.
Benefit from the ease of European travel. The Northernmost to Southernmost points of Portugal can be traveled in ~6 hours offering a wide variety of climates, beaches, countryside and history. Airlines like Tap also offer extended layover options to allow you to travel outside the country in other European cities in an affordable way.
